High ISO, no strobes. From today's #techdiving the Um El Faroud. My camera (a Nikon D5300) struggled with noise---this shot is heavily post-processed with noise-reduced layers. It still turned out alright! Great dive with great buddies. :flan_smile:​

My kombucha method 

There, I made kombucha in the amount of time it took me to post these toots. It'll be ready in about four weeks I think. Yes that is a wifely hair tie keeping the coffee filter across the top because I couldn't find a rubber band

My kombucha method 

Then you just leave that shit alone. At room temp. After a while you'll see your scoby start to form across the top. It will grow as you make more batches.

Bottle the kombucha after a couple of weeks and add some extra ingredients like fruit juice or fruit puree, herbs, etc. This is the second fermentation. You can drink it after the first ferment, but you can give it fun flavors this way

My kombucha method 

So I fill up my container less than halfway with water and boil that water. Then I put in a handful of sugar and three black tea bags. I let that sit a bit to steep, then add ice to cool it down. I do this step so I can add in the live kombucha that I bought at the store and also so I don't shatter my glass jar. Combine the iced tea with the store bought kombucha a d cover jar mouth with a coffee filter and a rubber band
